Sydney has a little bit of everything. You can take some surfing lessons on Bondi beach or visit the famous Sydney Opera House. On November 25th, Sydney lights the Christmas Tree at Martin Place. There are fireworks every Saturday in December. They play some Christmas out on the lawn of the park, a Ferris wheel, a market.
Notably, they decorate with a “Christmas Bush.” Australians celebrate Christmas, similar to our Fourth of July. They usually have outdoor barbecues, cold cut sandwiches, and shrimp.
