13. Have a Morning Gratitude Ritual
If you wake up late for work, you will feel rushed throughout the day, even if you get to work on time or just a few minutes late. One way to limit stress is to get up early and establish your thoughts. It would be best if you focused on being positive.
You can take a few deep breaths before looking at your phone or waking up. You can say to yourself a positive affirmation, such as, “Today will be a great day.” You can even lookup a few affirmations on Google or have a coffee, look out the window and watch the sunrise.
