16. Write down your thoughts

Do you feel that you hide your feelings from others? Do you feel like your mind is about to explode with everything you are thinking about and don’t know what to do? Take time to open a notebook and write down what you are thinking.

You can discuss what is bothering you or record all the thoughts that pop into your head. You can choose to share your text or keep it for yourself. You can also decide that most ideas are negative, so you want to tear the paper and focus on positive thoughts.
