17. Create a sacred space

Do you feel like wherever you go in your home, it becomes a different dimension? People need their own sacred space where they can do what they want. You can spend quality time in this area, freeing up your negative thoughts or thoughts about your day.

Find a place in your home and make it your own. Decorate it with candles, your favorite furniture, or anything else. You can create a small reading corner or a place where you can meditate. Let others in your family know that this is your area and set boundaries.
