18. Disconnect devices

You lived in a time when you had phones, computers, televisions, and many other devices. While these are great inventions, they can also make you ready at any time. You may begin to feel that no matter what you do or where you go, it is not your time.

If you need to take the time to leave the world, take the time. Turn off your phone, laptop, tablet, and anything else. Let people know that you won’t be there for a while or just come back to them when you feel better. Ready for the next self-care tips? Move on!
