20. Do nothing
Right. Take the time to do absolutely nothing. Do not worry about what you have accomplished, or think about how you will pay the bill. Don’t worry about any errands you need to run or think about your grocery bill.
It takes time to take a few minutes without you thinking at all. Let your thoughts come and go when they want, but don’t pay attention to them. Just lie down in silence and take time to breathe. Enjoy the silence.
