22. Try something fun
Do something you want to do as a Self-Care activity. It doesn’t matter if you’re going to bake a birthday cake when you don’t have anyone. Bake that cake and decorate it the way you want. Furthermore, you may want to start a new hobby or find yourself walking for two days.
You can meet friends and not talk about any problems you encounter, but have fun enjoying your favorite foods. You can even make this one of your ongoing self-care strategies. Write down everything you like to do and turn it into a point to check something off that list every week.
