7. Read a Book

Find something you enjoy reading and spend half an hour reading in the morning or before you go to bed. Reading can take you out of your stressful environment and bring you into a world filled with whatever fun you want.

Perhaps you want to read about the fun spots you might see in Ireland. You can even choose your favorite book as a child and think about all the fun you read when you were a child.
