9. Exercise

Although it may not be your first choice, it is known to improve your health, boost your mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and help you lose a few pounds.

Even if it’s hard to get to the gym every day, start a small routine. You can go up and downstairs for 20 minutes, walk around the house, run on the spot, or visit YouTube to watch some dance videos.
