18. Keep your sneakers clean
Before disposing of worn-out sneakers, consider washing them instead. You will perhaps need a few different items, depending on what the shoes are made of. The magic eraser works very well on a rubber sole. You can remove clothes detergent and use a brush (such as a toothbrush) to clean and dry the shoe’s canvas parts. You can find leather wipes at your local Walmart or order Leather Rescue from Amazon for leather. To some, all of this sounds a lot of work, but if your sneakers cost between $ 50 and $ 100, then you will save a lot of money to do it. Clean and take care of what you already own.
