39. The inside of the attic
The attic is quite an important area to check if there are any remaining fixtures from previous owners. It will also be easy to detect if any rodents have entered. You also need to know if it is adequately insulated. A home can lose most of its heat from a poorly insulated roof.
On top of that, you can see some old wiring needing replacement or the roof leaking.
