19. Tracks of the railroad

If you want to buy a house near a railroad track, it may not sound so horrible when you are there when the train passes by. You may not be able to see it during the day, depending on whether it is a passenger or freight line. Passenger trains typically come to a halt in the middle of the night, while freight trains pass through in the middle of the night.

When a train passes by, they must still honk their horn at an intersection. Vibrations from the train can cause the entire house to shake. This thing may result in hearing issues as well as a lack of sleep. Furthermore, a home that is too close to the railroad tracks can depreciate. Even if you can put up with the noise, reselling would be extremely difficult.
