16. Damage of water

When a roof becomes old or gutters are not washed, water can leak through the ceilings, causing water harm. Often look up at the top and walls for brown stains or paint bubbles along the walls while touring a home.

Water damage may often be limited to a single region, such as a burst pipe in a bathroom. If all was fixed, this would not be such a big deal. It may also spread across the whole house at times. Termites, wood rot, mold, and other problems result as a result of this. Often look to see if the area has been flooded in the last two years. Minor repairs will cost as little as $500 or as much as $10,000 if the roof needs to be replaced.
