12. Tree removal
Houses in rural areas are likely to have a large number of trees on the land. When you’re out, pay attention to the trees; keep an eye out for those that are gone. These dead trees are a safety threat and will eventually have to replace. The cost of cutting a single tree ranges from $60 to $350, based on its height. Stump removal and grinding are also additional charges for tree removal facilities. If you have a wood-burning fireplace, make sure to note it to save the wood.
You would even want to cut down any trees that might collapse on your house if struck by lightning. Perhaps worse, it might reach the neighbor’s home, resulting in a lawsuit. Any trees get entangled in electrical cables, requiring you to call an electrician to remove the limbs.
