37. Number of homes in the market
When you’re looking for a new home, you’re probably heading to towns you’re not familiar with. If you drive through a block and find many homes for sale, this is a red flag. Why did all these people suddenly decide it was time to move?
Do some research to see if something happened in that town recently. There may have been a terrible crime or another serious reason why people want to leave.
