Twiggy, born Lesley Lawson, is a British model from the 1960s known for her tiny frame and massive eyes. She became known as a British icon, particularly throughout the 1960s and 1970s. Her androgynous hair and long eyelashes were the definition of the swinging 1960s. After her modeling career, Twiggy began to act both on stage and television but preferred to stay within the modeling business.
