Joan Collins
Before her iconic role in the show Dynasty, Joan Collins had a couple of roles in hit movies, such as 1955’s The Girl in the Red Velvet Swing. Her role as Alexis Colby ultimately earned her a Golden Globe Award. In 2015, Collins received one of the highest honors when Queen Elizabeth II made her a Dame in recognition of her charity work. She even made an appearance in an episode of Star Trek back in 1967.
