Greek Figures Behaved Quite Questionably

Many heroes and prominent figures from ancient Greece engaged in morally questionable actions. Even the most celebrated heroes were not immune to moments of reprehensible behavior, which extended to the Greek gods. Deities like Uranus, Athena, Zeus, Hades, Jason, and Athena were not above committing grievous misdeeds. Mortals, too, had their share of transgressions.

For instance, Achilles abandoned his comrades during the Trojan War after a heated argument, and Heracles is reputed to have had multiple lovers alongside his four wives.
