2. Over Buying
It’s good to plan meals for the whole week, but make sure you are not overdoing it. It’s time to rearrange everything and make a checklist for all the things that you need. If you just buy without checking the quantity, there’s a big chance that you’re wasting both food and money. Unless you buy and plan to donate, or your family has too many people, you can start cutting down some items on your list that you won’t be needing.
