4. Using a Sponge Too Long
The sponge is a useful tool, but using a sponge for too long is a bad thing. After all the dirty things you’ve cleaned, dirt remains trapped in the sponge. It’s a breeding ground for bacteria to thrive. Throw the sponge away or put it in the microwave to kill bacteria.
