10. Make a Grocery List
In the final section, you learned the importance of staying home and eating what you already have in your pantry. However, at some points, you will need to go back to the grocery store to stock important supplies such as milk, eggs, and bread. Food shortages in the past few months did not matter.
But now, going to the grocery store isn’t simply an easy-breezy trip. Wear protective gloves and face masks, stay 6 feet away from strangers, and avoid touching your face. By having a fixed grocery list, you can keep track and ask family members about everything you need to buy. Only one or two designated shoppers should come to the store at the same time, to encourage social separation.
