22.But only if they are still in good condition.

When it comes to vintage clothing, don’t hold on to anything if it doesn’t fit! Attempting to clean out your closet in this manner will negate the goal. Stop persuading yourself that you’ll drop the weight if they’re too tiny. Get rid of them right away, and if you manage to lose weight, reward yourself by purchasing new (or new-to-you) clothing. If they’re too big, don’t persuade yourself that you’ll get them fitted unless you intend to do so. And, let’s face it, if you haven’t taken that shirt to the tailor despite telling yourself to do so for the past two years, you’re doing something wrong.

22.But only if they are still in good condition.

Let’s be honest: you’re probably not going to do it. Would you mind removing it from your life? Allow yourself one pair of slightly larger pants in the winter and a couple of more petite jeans in the summer, but don’t retain all items that only fit occasionally. Keep the things that fit well and have served you well over time. Consider purchasing goods that cater to this concept if your weight fluctuates. Stretch pants, airy dresses, and slightly larger shirts are all excellent options. You can’t go wrong with these things because they’re always in style.
