15. Organize your Clothes by Categories

Some people like to organize their wardrobe by color. Although this may look aesthetically pleasing, it doesn’t seem to be effective. When we choose clothes, our brain does not care much about color. We care more about dress codes. Are we going for casual, fancy, or business styles, plus the weather also plays a big role in the decision? As a result, it only makes sense to divide your clothes into categories.

The bulkhead will help sort different items in your wardrobe. This way, you can have a few seconds in your wardrobe bar labeled as or normal. This method also works if you keep your clothes in a drawer. One drawer can be for t-shirts, while the next one has sweaters or socks. As long as you follow all similar clothes in each appropriate drawer, you’ll quickly find whatever you need when it’s time to find the right clothes.
