Install dark-blocking blinds and remove all electronic gadgets from the bedroom at least two or three hours before bedtime. To get a good night’s sleep, use earplugs and a sleeping mask. The fewer distractions present, the more sleep a person can obtain at night, resulting in a healthier and happy daytime.
