Going to Taco Bell for a first date may not be the most glamorous idea, but it’s certainly forgivable if both people are on the same page. What’s not forgivable is taking your date there and then ditching her after the food’s been ordered. That’s exactly what happened to Margaret. One minute she was enjoying her burrito, the next she was sitting alone wondering where her date had gone.
Not only did he skip out early, but he also didn’t thank her or offer any explanation. Whether it was a lack of manners or just pure rudeness, he clearly wasn’t date material. If a man can’t even stick around long enough to finish a fast-food meal, he’s not worth your time. At least Margaret got a good story — and maybe a warm quesadilla out of it. Hopefully, her next date came with better food and better company.
