When Your Brain Just Stops Working
Everyone’s had that moment where nerves get the best of them. For Jordan, it happened right in the middle of his date. One minute he was charming and composed, the next he was a stammering mess who couldn’t string two sentences together. His brain completely shut down — all thanks to butterflies in his stomach and the pressure to impress someone he really liked.
It was embarrassing, sure, but also kind of adorable. If his date had any sense of humor, she probably found his awkwardness endearing rather than off-putting. After all, it’s better to be tongue-tied than overly cocky. At least it shows you care. Hopefully, she appreciated his effort and gave him a second chance — maybe one where his brain decided to stick around for the conversation. Sometimes being genuine, even in a clumsy way, is more attractive than trying too hard to be cool.
