Ryan Atwood has been hailed by lawyer Sandy Cohen in a villa in Ocean County, California. This is where Ryan met Sandy’s son, Seth, and two teenage boys living in a poolside house overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Throughout the film, we see some great mansions in Ocean County, but none of them is as prominent as Cohen’s.

During the show, the house is said to be located in Crystal Cove or Pelican Hill. The house was actually built in 2002 in Malibu. In 2011, the house was launched for $ 6.25 million. However, the Cohen House is only used for outside scenes, including a poolside house built solely for the purpose of the show, and destroyed by the owners when filming is completed for the movie. Interior shots were taken at other houses in Malibu. So in a way, the house we imagine in our mind doesn’t exist. It’s a collection.
