27. No Mitts Needed for Oven in Japan
Most ovens in Japan usually come with less space than the ones we use in the USA. For many Japanese, they prefer to use it for baking small cakes, rather than a huge turkey like us. While they could look like a microwave at first glance, these ovens come with a metal plate that could fit perfectly. Furthermore, you can also use a pan clip to take the hot metal plate out. No need more mitts to touch it ever again!
