A Marvelous Fail

Technically, this one may not qualify as false advertising. After all, the manufacturer produced a Superman costume for kids and labeled it “Superman.” So it seems like a mismatch for this list, right?

That would be true if it weren’t for the person who advertised it online for $3. They were rightly called out in the comments section for mistakenly referring to the costume as “Spider-Man.” Ultimately, you need to know what you’re selling.
