11. Flag block
A fun, simple 2×4 outdoor crafting is to create custom flags out of blocks. Cut assorted 2x4s and glue them together in fashion-like puzzle pieces to make exciting and learning banners, so this is a perfect children’s idea. The state flag, national flag, etc. They all fit great for this project; they need a board or two and some outdoor acrylic paints.
