While both men and women may have trash in the bathroom, including sanitary napkins and tampons on the female list is understandable. However, the reference to “nappies” implies that men aren’t responsible for changing diapers or caring for their children.
This suggests that the men’s room may lack diaper-changing facilities, which should be addressed to support equal parenting responsibilities.
