Many people call the Birds of Heaven a crane flower because it looks like a crane. They are native to South Africa and tend to bloom between September and May. The leaves grow significantly, usually between 12 and 79 inches wide and 4 to 31 inches wide. They have the same color as an exotic bird, which makes them strange flowers.

Although most are seen in bright orange and blue, they can also be seen as pure white or white and blue. Sparrows go to these flowers, and they reach the West Coast of the United States.
