9. Magnolia 

They can reach about 30 to 50 feet in diameter. Their leaves are unique with dark green, oval-shaped, and covered by a layer of wax. 

They can come in white, yellow, pinkish, purple, and green depending on the tree species. They have a pleasant smell that is similar to fruity and sweet. You need to wait about seven years for the tree to bloom. They bloom between April and June.
