15. Complete the unfinished rooms
Framing drywall and installing insulation does not seem to be a big deal, because it’s just a process of getting the roof up and using nail guns. It is a job that requires more than one person to complete, to put the drywall in place. This is important for help, especially if you have no experience. In rooms with high ceilings, you may even need scaffolding and protective gear.
However, once you have learned this process from an expert, you may be able to continue and execute a DIY project in other rooms. If you want to do this yourself, be sure to have a qualified contractor work with you. Implementing the plan completely alone without help can lead to structural problems in the future.
