Rose McGowan
At 15, Rose McGowan found herself homeless after seeking emancipation from her parents due to an unsafe upbringing. “I was homeless, on my own, and very lonely,” she recalled, focusing solely on survival.
To make ends meet, McGowan accepted an acting job just to afford a place to sleep. Today, she has left acting behind and is dedicated to her work as a social justice activist.
