Rosemary

23. Rosemary

Rosemary is an evergreen shrub local form the Mediterranean. Besides, the smell of its sap evokes pine and other evergreen trees. It is a common feature in many Italian and Greek recipes thanks to its rich, almost medicinal taste. Rosemary plants thrive indoors when well established, requiring only intense light and regular watering. The plants are great oxygenators, and Rosemary leaves are beneficial in both cooking and herbal medicine. Rosemary is also excellent in cosmetic products and is commonly emphasized in astringents, shampoos, and conditioners. Its refreshing scent is also an excellent choice for sachets.
