27. Hoya
Hoyas are a large family of semi-succulent vines. They are evergreen, often epithelial, rabbit-like ferns, meaning they get nutrients from other soil, including plants and air. As epiphytes with thick, waxy leaves, they are great oxygen generators to suck common pollutants out of your home air along with the nutrients they need to survive. Hoyas come in a variety of shapes and colors, including the beloved Hoya Kerri, with a variety of large green or yellow and green heart-shaped leaves.
