40. Scindapsus
Often associated with Pothos, although coming from another family, many of the beautiful plants in the Scindapsus family provide many of the air and oxidative benefits of other plants such as philodendron and hoyas. Usually beautiful in silver color, most Scindapsus varieties are more difficult and can withstand relatively low light and sporadic watering. Like most tropical regions, they will thrive with more frequent watering and high humidity. Some varieties are uncommon and have a high price, but common varieties such as Silver or Satin Silver are easy to find at garden centers and home improvement stores.
