3. Avoid pressure:

You want to work certain hours to help you know when you’re at work and when you spend a typical day at home, but don’t force yourself to work when you are not feeling it.

Take weekends and evenings off or try to schedule vacation times, and don’t worry about what you need to do. When you need to take a break from your job, take a break, and try to resume again.
