5. Work in small intervals

Schedule you to work in intervals with consistent breaks. For example, if you start at 9 am, work until 11 am, and then rest. You can even have lunch during this time and return to work at noon.

Then, work two more hours before resting for the second time. Then continue with your workday until the end, probably around 5:00. This idea helps keep you motivated because you concentrate on work but not for too long without rest.
