In any workplace, the aim is to collaborate with colleagues for mutual benefit, striving to complete tasks and projects efficiently. Unfortunately, this was not the experience for the person in question.
To make matters worse, they faced reprimands when they attempted to bring evidence of their challenges to their supervisors. Under such circumstances, it’s entirely understandable that they decided to throw in the towel without further hesitation.
