However, these effects varied as the women aged, and it’s essential to note that the findings only apply to individuals with cycles lasting 27 days or more. Furthermore, the study’s sample size was quite small, and the findings remain in question. While it’s intriguing to consider a possible link between the lunar cycle and menstruation, the evidence is not conclusive, and it’s crucial to approach these claims with a healthy dose of skepticism.
