Brian Ray was a 16-year-old boy with an intense obsession with Britney Spears. Driven by his admiration, he decided to undergo cosmetic surgery to look just like her. Many years and over 90 surgeries later, it’s safe to say he has achieved his goal.
Ray’s extensive procedures include nose jobs, lip filler injections, veneers, Botox, and fat injections. However, like many others on our list, he remains unsatisfied with his appearance and plans to undergo even more procedures in the future.
