11. Sea Green or Blue

We have stated more than once that in your seaside home, you’re going to want a lot of white. However, you should probably go for blue or seafoam green if you want a bit of color on your walls. Obviously, these remind us of the ocean, and they should blend in with a lot of the other decorative items that you purchase for your house.

Note that dark or bright shades, combined with light bohemian vibes, usually look weird or off-putting. So if you plan to paint in blue and green, make sure you select really light colors for pastel paint. In a soothing atmosphere, the subdued tones will add to the softness you are trying to achieve.
