#11: The Battle Against Sugar

Finding genuinely healthy snacks for kids has become almost laughably difficult. Even the products marketed as “better options” tend to be loaded with sugar disguised under friendlier names.

And it isn’t just children who are hooked — adults have slipped into the same pattern. Many of us rely on sugary drinks, sweet snacks, and processed treats to get through the day without realizing how deeply dependent we’ve become. Breaking the cycle is tough, but necessary, if we want to care for our bodies and teach our kids healthier habits.
