Just when you think technology can’t infiltrate any more corners of life, it shows up in death too. According to The Sized, some modern headstones now come with QR codes. Scan them, and you’re taken to a digital memorial complete with photos, videos, stories, and a comment section.
It’s a wild concept — especially the idea that total strangers could scroll through your memories and leave remarks on your page long after you’re gone. It’s innovative, but also a little eerie. Not everything needs to be interactive.
