Halle Berry in “Catwoman”
Hollywood darling Halle Berry took on the role of a lifetime in the 2004 superhero movie Catwoman—but it actually ended up being a terrible flop. Berry has voiced her hindsight realization that she should have foreseen the movie’s destiny for the dustbin of history.
Speaking at the New York Women in Communication award ceremony, she said: “Everybody around me said, ‘Girl, don’t do it. It’s going to be the death of you. It’s going to end your career.’ But guess what I did? I followed my intuition, and I did a movie called Catwoman … and it bombed miserably.”
