Oscar-winner Charlize Theron might have the pick of the best roles in Hollywood these days, but back in the day, she was sifting through a heap of b-movies and cinema flops—and one sticks out in her memory more than others.
Though she has been open about her lack of admiration for the movie Reindeer Games, she’s always tried her best to see the upside. “That was a bad, bad, bad movie,” she said to Esquire. “But even though the movie might suck, I got to work with John Frankenheimer. I wasn’t lying to myself—that’s why I did it.”
