One of the most iconic movie roles of all time is, of course, Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia in the epic Star Wars movie franchise. But in fact, the star herself later revealed that she deeply regretted her role in the films—but not for the reasons you might expect.
In an interview on The Today Show, she revealed that if she had known the levels of fame, it would catapult her to, “I would never have done it. All I did when I was really famous was wait for it to end.”
