Widely regarded as one of the worst films of all time, it’s no surprise that megastar diva Mariah Carey regrets her starring role in the much-maligned 2001 movie Glitter. Not only that, but Carey openly has named it the absolute low point of her entire career—and that, for several years, she couldn’t even bear to talk about it.
“It was called the “G” word, we couldn’t bring it up,” Carey revealed in an interview with Andy Cohen. “It was a horrible couple of years, and then I had to get my momentum back for people to let it go.”
